Glamour and Elegance are the two keywords I used for the wedding styled shoot at Villa Le Fontanelle in Florence, one of my favorite Tuscan wedding venue.
If you are getting married in Tuscany, feel free to contact me at hello@uniqueeventsintuscany.com
For the make up of the bride, Silvia Gerzeli was the right professional. She perectly understood the style I wanted to create and realized a super glowy make up on the model.
Big eyebrows, fake eyelashes, highlighter on the shoulders and full lips are so important to make the make up magnetic on the camera and we put the hair on a ponytail to enhance the attention on the face. Colors were neutrals, no bright lipstick, we went for a nude instead to keep the focus on the blue eyes of Ilaria.
I adore long-sleeves dresses. They are so classy and elegant in my opinion. I chose a stylish dress with a lace top and a fluffy wide skirt. I love the idea of a simple while sophisticated outfit, it matches with the overall idea of the shoot.
The dress is an handcrafted gown made by Anna – Anthea Spose, it is basically a unique piece and it has all the art, the essence and the history of the Italian fashion artisans.
For the groom I went for a classical dark blue suit. I find the outfit so elegant especially thanks to the papillon.
The suit is from Sartoria Carlo Donati, a high-class tailoring based in Arezzo.
When it comes to decoration, I can talk for hours! I love spending my time matching different fabrics, flowers, colors, etc.
The idea was to enhance the beauty of Villa le Fontanelle, keep the setting very elegant, giving a touch of modern and glamour too. I choose a dusti rose as main color to be matched with the gold and the ivory.
Mainardi Addobbi Floreali understood my idea and brought to life my vision very quickly and easily. I love working with their great team!
We decorated the swing, which is higly recommended if you are getting married at Villa le Fontanelle, in order to have a nice spot for the couple portrait session.
For the ceremony we went for a very modern triangular arch with pampas and dusty pink flowers and for the confetti…well, we plucked some lavender from there!
A special thanks to Luca, the coolest celebrant in Italy! If you are looking for a funny and still emotional ceremony, he’s the right officiant for you.
In order to bring the elegance and the glamour touch at the table I went for a very sophisticated cutlery, glasses and plates, but I arranged the napkin in a more loose way. I love that contrast so much!
The table has been set up by Roland’s with the rentals from Preludio Divisione Noleggio.
A special thanks to Nelle mani di Martina for the wedding stationary and the talented Gabriele Savarese for the music performance.
